Sales Policy – Tom’s Doberman Kennel

At Tom’s Doberman Kennel, we are committed to ensuring every puppy is placed in a loving, responsible, and well-prepared home. The following sales policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the puppy.

🐾 Puppy Reservation

  • A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to reserve a puppy.

  • Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

📆 Pickup & Shipping

  • Puppies are available for pickup or delivery after 10 weeks of age.

  • Local pickup is available, but safe Air Transport with Pet Nanny Services are available upon request (additional charges apply).

  • All shipping arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 Hours in advance.

🧬 Health Guarantee

  • All puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee.

  • Each puppy will be:

    • Vet-checked

    • Dewormed

    • Vaccinated with age-appropriate shots

    • Microchipped (optional or on request)

  • Buyers are encouraged to take their puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of pickup for a wellness check.

Registration

  • All puppies are sold with AKC (or FCI, depending on litter) registration papers.

  • Some litters may be sold with limited registration (no breeding rights) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📄 Spay/Neuter Agreement

  • Unless purchased with breeding rights, buyers agree to spay/neuter the puppy by 18 months of age.

  • Proof of sterilization may be required to honor the health guarantee.

🔄 Refunds & Returns

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • In the event a buyer cannot keep the dog, we require the dog be returned to Tom’s Doberman Kennel (no rehoming without written consent).

Ongoing Support

We offer lifetime breeder support. Whether you have training questions, health concerns, or just want to share updates, we are here for the life of your dog.
